Our intention from the beginning is to provide the sport of Rugby to those that have not traditionally had access and supplement the game with a full year program focused on developing the whole person.
We compete as part of the TN Rugby Association in the Middle TN Conference, giving our players access to organized competition and the broader rugby community.

ICRON runs on passion and community. Whether you love the game or just love kids, there's a place for you on our team.
Help run practices, teach skills, and mentor players. Rugby experience preferred but not required — passion for youth development is what matters most.
